We were blessed with calm waters and fabulous luck. The first fish in the boat was a small dorado. I've never been in a boat that caught a dolphin in Mexico. We had good action all day. 12 bonito, 1 35 pound blackfin tuna and 1 25 pound yellowfin tuna. 3 wahoo, and three small tuna. Capt. Pulpo gave 6 bonito to shark fishermen. you should have seen the smiles they had after getting the fish.
Captain Pulpo is fun to fish with and tries very hard to give his customers a good fishing experience. I would recommend him highly. Over the years I've caught some big fish with him. Last year an 87 pound white marlin almost whipped me but after a long time I brought him to the boat.Several years ago I was lucky enough to hook and bring in a 7' sailfish 1 1/2 miles off Punta Sur. The fish surely got lost.
