But if you are near the water or a pool it is tolerable during the day. The evenings can be hot and still or cool off enough to be comfortable. On the really hot evenings pick a restaurant near the water to get a breeze. De La Luisa was perfect, still wanting to get to Victor's Cuban place on Juarez where he puts his tables out on the malecon.
Unfortunately the last two nights the power on my block was out all night. It was miserable sleeping with no fan or AC. |
